Tasting Note
Rich, full-bodied cognac with dried fruit, candied orange, dark chocolate, toasted oak, leather and warm baking spices; long, rancio-tinged finish.

Food Pairing
Western: dark chocolate, blue cheese, foie gras, roasted lamb, duck confit. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, Cantonese roast pork, braised pork belly, rich dim-sum or mooncakes.

Production Method
Blend of 100+ eaux-de-vie (predominantly Ugni Blanc) double-distilled in copper pot stills and aged in French (Limousin) oak; final assemblage by Hennessy Master Blender.
