Tasting Note
Luxurious nose of candied orange, dried figs, cocoa and baking spice. Palate shows dark chocolate, leather, vanilla and toasted oak; velvety, warming mouthfeel and a long, spiced finish.

Food Pairing
Western: dark chocolate, blue cheese, roast duck, pâté/foie gras, braised beef. Asian: Peking duck, char siu (barbecue pork), miso-glazed fish, spiced mooncakes or red bean desserts.

Production Method
Assembled from 100+ eaux-de-vie from multiple Cognac crus, aged in French oak (Limousin/Tronçais) for maturities up to ~30 years, blended by the master blender and bottled at 40% ABV.
