Tasting Note
Rich, full-bodied cognac of dried figs and raisins, candied orange, dark chocolate, vanilla, toasted oak and warm clove spice. Smooth, velvety texture with leather and tobacco undertones and a long, warming finish.

Food Pairing
Western: dark chocolate, foie gras, roasted duck, aged blue and hard cheeses, roasted lamb. Asian: Peking duck, char siu (BBQ pork), mooncakes, Cantonese roasted pork, mildly spiced Sichuan dishes.

Production Method
Double pot-distilled Ugni Blanc eaux-de-vie aged in French oak barrels, then skillfully blended into Hennessy XO’s non‑vintage assemblage; presented as a limited-edition decanter/packaging.
