Tasting Note
Rich, layered aromas of candied fruit, dried fig, orange peel, cocoa, vanilla and warm spices. Palate shows dried plum, toffee, dark chocolate and toasted oak with a long, warming, elegant finish.

Food Pairing
Western: dark chocolate, foie gras, blue cheese, roasted lamb, smoked game. Asian: Peking duck, Chinese braised pork (hong shao rou), mooncakes, Cantonese roast pork, rich spicy Sichuan dishes.

Production Method
Non-vintage blend of 100+ eaux-de-vie from Cognac crus, matured in French oak barrels and married by Hennessy’s master blender; bottled at 40% ABV.
