Tasting Note
Complex aromas of dried fruits, candied orange peel, dark chocolate, spice and toasted oak. Palate is rich and velvety with vanilla, cinnamon and cocoa; long warm finish with nutmeg and faint earthiness.

Food Pairing
Western: dark chocolate, roasted duck, blue cheese, foie gras. Asian: Peking duck, char siu/roast pork, mooncakes, rich Cantonese braises (红烧肉). Also pairs with nuts and spiced desserts.

Production Method
Double pot still distillation of white grapes; blended from many eaux-de-vie, matured in French oak barrels (many up to ~30 years) and finished as an XO blend.
