Tasting Note
Deep amber cognac with candied and dried fruit, dark chocolate, toasted oak, warm peppery spice and vanilla; full, smooth palate with long, warming finish.

Food Pairing
Western: dark chocolate, foie gras, blue cheese, roasted duck, aged cheeses; Asian: Peking duck, char siu, spiced duck/ pork, sesame desserts, rich Chinese braised dishes.

Production Method
Blend of >100 eaux-de-vie distilled in copper Charentais alembic stills and aged in French oak barrels (some up to ~30 years), then expertly blended by Hennessy’s master blender.
