Tasting Note
Silky, floral and honeyed: jasmine and dried rose with candied apricot, honey, warm spice, truffle and toasted oak. Luxurious, velvety texture and a long, rancio-tinged finish.

Western: dark chocolate, foie gras, blue cheese, roasted game. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, Cantonese roasted meats, mooncakes or sesame pastries.

Production Method
Blend of ~100 long-aged eaux-de-vie, double-distilled in copper pot stills, matured in old French oak casks and artfully married by Hennessy’s Master Blender.

Maison Hennessy (est. 1765). Paradis created in 1979 by Maurice Fillioux; assembled from rare, decades‑old eaux‑de‑vie kept in Hennessy’s Paradis cellar.
