Tasting Note
Distinctive floral-cucumber forward gin: fresh cucumber and rose petals with juniper, citrus zest, creamy vanilla and gentle spice; clean, refreshing, floral finish.

Food Pairing
Western: smoked salmon, cured meats, goat cheese, light salads, grilled chicken. Asian: sushi/sashimi, Vietnamese spring rolls, Thai salads, lightly spiced Chinese dim sum.

Production Method
Small-batch distillation blending vapour-infused Carter-Head spirit with a traditional pot still spirit; finished with added cucumber and Bulgarian rose essences.
