Tasting Note
Floral, cucumber-forward gin with a juniper backbone, bright citrus, gentle spice and herbal notes (chamomile/elderflower). Smooth, refreshing mouthfeel and a lingering floral-cool finish—perfect with tonic and cucumber garnish.

Western: smoked salmon, oysters, goat cheese, roasted chicken, charcuterie. Asian: sushi/sashimi, Vietnamese fresh spring rolls, Thai fish cakes, light sashimi-style ceviche, steamed dim sum.

Production Method
Small-batch dual-distillation using Bennett (pot) and Carter‑Head stills; botanicals are macerated/steamed and the final spirit is finished with rose petal and cucumber essences before bottling.
