Tasting Note
Bright juniper with pronounced cucumber coolness and delicate rose petals, citrus lift, soft herbal and floral mid-palate, clean, slightly spicy finish.

Production Method
Small-batch blend of spirits from a Bennett copper pot still and a Carter-Head still; botanicals steeped and/or steamed, then finished with cucumber and Bulgarian rose infusions.
