Tasting Note

Deep ruby with blackcurrant, blueberry, cedar, roasted coffee, tobacco and stony minerality. Silky yet powerful black-fruit core, ripe building tannins and an expansive, smoky finish.

Western: roast lamb, grilled ribeye, mushroom risotto, aged Comté or Gouda. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, soy-ginger braised short ribs, Korean BBQ (galbi).


Production Method

Traditional Bordeaux vinification with strict parcel selection; fermented in temperature-controlled vats and aged ~18–20 months in French oak (≈75% new).
