Tasting Note

Concentrated blackcurrant, black cherry and plum with graphite, cedar and tobacco notes. Medium–full body, firm grainy tannins, fresh acidity and a long, mineral-tinged finish.


Food Pairing

Western: roast lamb, rib‑eye, beef bourguignon, venison. Asian: Peking duck, Korean BBQ (bulgogi), char siu pork, miso‑glazed beef short ribs.


Production Method

Traditional Bordeaux vinification: destemmed fermentation in stainless/concrete vats, malolactic fermentation, élevage 14 months in 60% new oak barriques.
