Tasting Note
Aromas of cassis, blackberry, mulberry, clove, cinnamon and mint. Palate is tight and muscular with dark plum and blackberry fruit, integrated cedar oak, fine grain tannins and a long, mouth-watering finish.

Production Method
Handpicked fruit fermented in small batches, completed malolactic fermentation, matured ~18 months in new and seasoned French oak then selectively blended and bottled.
