Tasting Note
Cool-climate Chardonnay: bright citrus, green apple and nectarine, flinty minerality, subtle almond and baked-apple notes, creamy oak texture and gentle spice, finishing long with crisp citrus-saline lift.

Production Method
Selected cool-climate parcels (Yarra Valley, Tasmania); portions barrel-fermented in French oak, partial malolactic fermentation and lees ageing with light stirring to build texture and integration.
