Delicate banana and white-peach aromas, elegant acidity with gentle sweetness and savory umami; clean, refined finish and medium length.

Production Method

Junmai Daiginjo brewed with Kura-no-Hana rice polished to 15%; natural fermentation, no added distilled alcohol; diluted with spring water to 15% ABV.
