Delicate, floral sakura and melon aromas with hints of banana and pineapple. Light, crisp palate with balanced acidity and a gently sweet finish.

Production Method

Junmai Daiginjo: highly polished sake rice (~40% remaining), slow low-temperature fermentation, pure rice-only (no added brewer’s alcohol), cold storage and bottle-chilled.
