Tasting Note
Deep cherry-red with black-fruit, bramble and garrigue aromas; touches of tobacco, leather and vanilla. Medium‑full, juicy palate, fine-grained tannins, lively acidity and a long, mineral-tinged finish.

Production Method
Sustainably farmed old-vine fruit; fermentation in stainless and concrete, followed by ~14 months ageing in French oak and concrete/stainless vessels before bottling.
