Tasting Note
Pale Provençal pink. Enticing summer-berry aromas (strawberry, raspberry, redcurrant) with orange zest and blossom. Crisp, fruit-driven palate, juicy red fruits and a delicate ginger-tinged finish.

Food Pairing
Western: seafood platter, crab & chilli linguine, grilled salmon, Greek salad, barbecue chicken. Asian: sushi, sashimi, Thai green curry (milder), Vietnamese spring rolls, lightly spiced stir-fries.

Production Method
Estate-grown fruit hand-harvested; short maceration for pale colour, stainless-steel fermentation and cold stabilisation; clarified and bottled shortly after vintage to preserve freshness.
