Fresh citrus, white stone fruit and green apple with toasted brioche, hazelnut and honeyed notes; creamy mousse, saline minerality and a long, savory finish with bright acidity and subtle spice.

Gusbourne Estate (est. 2004) farms vineyards in Kent and West Sussex, planting Burgundian clones for premium English sparkling wines. Fifty One Degrees North is the estate’s small-production prestige cuvée released only in exceptional vintages.
