Tasting Note
Off-dry Riesling showing ripe peach, apricot, citrus zest, honeyed stone fruit and flinty mineral notes. Lively, racy acidity balances residual sweetness; medium-bodied with a long, saline finish.
Food Pairing
Western: roast pork, glazed ham, teriyaki salmon, soft blue cheese. Asian: Thai green curry, Szechuan-spiced dishes, sushi/sashimi, grilled mackerel with soy and ginger.
Production Method
Late-harvest hand-picked Riesling from Rothenberg. Cool fermentation in stainless steel, fermentation halted to retain residual sugar; minimal oak influence and light ageing on fine lees before bottling.
