Tasting Note
Pure, stony Riesling with lime, mandarin, ripe melon, saline sea‑spray minerality, wet stone and herbaceous notes (basil/tarragon). Linear, high‑tension palate with firm acidity and a long, crystalline finish.

Western: oysters, scallops, grilled sea bass, roast chicken, pork loin with apple; Asian: sashimi/sushi, Vietnamese grilled shrimp, milder Thai green curry, Korean BBQ (pork), Chinese dim sum or lightly spicy Sichuan dishes.

Production Method
Hand‑harvested fruit; spontaneous/ambient yeast fermentation; aged in large neutral (600L) oak casks and stainless steel as appropriate; bottled under screw cap as a trocken Grosses Gewächs.
