Tasting Note
Off-dry Kabinett with lime, green apple, white peach, jasmine notes, pronounced red-slate minerality, brisk citrus acidity, delicate petrol nuance, light body and a long stony finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested grapes; gentle pressing, spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel, short lees ageing and bottled young. Recent bottlings are certified organic.
