Tasting Note
Bright citrus and ripe stone fruit — apricot, nectarine and green apple — with lime zest, flinty mineral slate and a honeyed, off-dry finish. Energetic acidity and a clean, persistent finish.

Western: smoked salmon, grilled trout, roast chicken, goat cheese, pork belly. Asian: sushi/sashimi, Vietnamese fresh rolls, Thai green curry, Korean BBQ, mildly spicy Sichuan dishes.

Hand-harvested Riesling from lower terraces; spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel and neutral 600L barrels; off-dry residual sugar; bottled under screwcap.
