Tasting Note
Intense ruby; black cherry, plum and blackberry compote with violet, toasted vanilla, dark tea and spice. Smooth, fruity mid-palate with balanced acidity and polished oak, finishing persistent and slightly savory.

Production Method
Traditional fermentation of varietal blend in stainless tanks, followed by about 9 months aging in French oak barrels (mix of new/used) before bottling.
