Tasting Note
Clean, silky and neutral-driven: soft wheat sweetness with subtle almond, light citrus and cracked pepper notes; very smooth, crisp mouthfeel and a short, clean finish.

Production Method
Fermented from French soft winter wheat in cascade tanks, single continuous-column distillation, blended with limestone-filtered spring water from Gensac‑la‑Pallue, single light filtration and bottled with a cork.
Vineyard Info
Created by Sidney Frank in 1997; crafted by Maître de Chai François Thibault in Cognac; sold to Bacardi in 2004. Produced in France using Picardy wheat and Cognac spring water.
