Tasting Note
Fresh, bright ruby port showing raspberry, strawberry and black cherry with mountain herbs and a peppery finish. Lively acidity, concentrated fruit and youthful, aromatic intensity.

Serve chilled or in long serves/cocktails (e.g., Midnight Spritz). Western: dark chocolate, berry tarts, blue cheese, cured ham, cheesecake. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, hoisin‑glazed pork, mango sticky rice, black sesame desserts.

Production Method
High‑altitude grapes hand‑picked at night, cold fermented to preserve primary aromas, fortified with grape spirit to 19% ABV and bottled young without oak ageing.
