Production Method
Hand‑harvested Nerello Mascalese; spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in truncated‑cone oak vats; extended maceration (30–90 days); malolactic in barrel; aged ~18–24 months in large oak vats, then bottle rest.
Vineyard Info
Produced by Graci (Alberto Aiello Graci). High‑altitude (600–700m) alberello vineyards on volcanic, iron‑rich soils in Contrada Arcurìa; artisan, low‑yield viticulture and focus on site expression.
