Tasting Note
Inky purple with black cherry, dark blue fruits and spicy oak, with subtle jammy and lavender hints. Full-bodied, velvety and textural, dense ripe fruit mid‑palate and a balanced, persistent slightly spiced finish.

Food Pairing
Western: grilled steak, roast lamb, beef stew, aged cheddar. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, Korean BBQ, Szechuan lamb skewers, braised beef noodles.

Production Method
Fermented in small stainless‑steel tanks with partial natural-yeast fermentation; MLF in neutral barrels. Aged 16 months in French oak (35% new); lightly racked and filtered before bottling.
