Tasting Note
Dark red with crimson hue. Ripe, rich berry fruits with ripe pepper, cedar oak and spice. Full-strength palate with polished tannins and a persistent finish.

Food Pairing
Western: grilled lamb chops, roast beef, steak, mushroom risotto, aged cheddar. Asian: Peking duck, char siu (BBQ pork), Sichuan‑style dishes (mapo tofu), Korean BBQ, braised beef noodles.

Production Method
De-stemmed and lightly crushed; fermented in stainless steel at fairly high temperature with routine pumping‑over. Aged 15 months in 225L French oak (25% new; remainder 1st–3rd use). Minimal fining and polished filtration.

Grace Vineyard founded by C.K. (Chun‑Keung) Chan in 1997; estate in Taigu, Shanxi, with vineyard sourcing in Ningxia. One of China’s leading premium producers; Tasya’s Reserve named for the founder’s granddaughter.
