Tasting Note
Musky dark cherry, violet and roasted coffee aromas. Full-bodied, fine-grained palate of red fruit, oaky spice, camphor, licorice and black tea, with sweet, firm tannins and a long finish.

Food Pairing
Western: roast lamb, braised short ribs, aged Pecorino or Manchego, grilled portobello. Asian: Peking duck, Sichuan spicy beef, braised pork belly (hong shao rou), Korean BBQ (galbi), char siu.

Production Method
De-stemmed and lightly crushed; fermented in open-top tanks and some oak vessels at warm temperatures with regular punchdowns; aged ~12–18 months in French oak (≈25% new, remainder used); minimal fining and light filtration.

Vineyard Info
Family-owned Grace Vineyard, founded 1997 by Chun-Keung Chan in Taigu, Shanxi. Tasya's Reserve is a small-production, single-varietal series named for the founder's granddaughter Anastasya.
