Tasting Note
Straw-gold color; lifted grapefruit, melon and white-peach aromas. Light, bright palate with soft acidity, fine-lees roundness and citrus-fruit finish.

Western: roasted chicken, grilled white fish, creamy pasta, goat cheese. Asian: steamed fish with ginger & scallion, sushi, dim sum, mild Thai curry.

Production Method
Whole-cluster pressed, cold stainless-steel fermentation without malolactic; aged on fine lees with regular stirring for over four months; unwooded.
