Tasting Note
Dark crimson; ripe red and darker cherry with clove, spice and light herbaceous notes. Medium–full textured and fruit-forward with spice and pencil-shaving oak, bright acidity and a moderate finish—drink now or short‑term cellar.

Food Pairing
Western: grilled lamb chops, roast beef, braised beef stew, aged cheddar. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, black-pepper beef stir-fry, moderate Sichuan dishes and hot pot.

Production Method
Hand-harvested; gently de-stemmed and fermented in stainless steel with carefully monitored extraction. A portion underwent malolactic fermentation and was aged up to eight months in French oak.

Founded in 1997 (C.K. Chan with French advisers), Judy Chan led the estate from 2002. Grace Vineyard farms Shanxi and Ningxia vineyards; Grace Wine Holdings listed in Hong Kong in 2018.
