Tasting Note
Sherry-led, rich dried fruits, orange peel, toffee, vanilla, nutmeg and toasted nuts; creamy mouthfeel with warm baking spice and gentle oak, finishing long and warming with a hint of dark chocolate.

Food Pairing
Western: dark chocolate (orange), sticky toffee pudding, blue cheese, aged Manchego, roasted pork belly. Asian: char siu (Cantonese BBQ pork), Peking duck, miso-glazed salmon, teriyaki beef skewers.

Production Method
Single malt Scotch distilled from malted barley, matured exclusively in first-fill sherry-seasoned oak casks; natural colour, non-chill filtered and bottled at 48.8% ABV.
