Tasting Note
Ripe pear, orange oil and sweet vanilla lead; almonds, dried ginger, rosewater and sweet ginger on the palate with light oak and creamy vanilla. Finish is gently peppery and lingering.

Food Pairing
Western: dark chocolate, aged Manchego, roasted pork, sticky toffee pudding, mature cheddar. Asian: Peking duck, char siu pork, Korean BBQ, rich teriyaki dishes, Chinese five-spice braised beef.

Production Method
Single malt from 100% malted barley, double pot-distilled and matured ~18 years predominantly in first-fill sherry‑seasoned American and European oak casks; natural colour; bottled at 43% ABV.

The Glenrothes distillery (Rothes, Speyside) founded 1879; known for sherry‑cask maturation and the Soleo Collection; owned by Edrington Group with a long history of vintage and age‑statement releases.
