Tasting Note
Light, floral single malt with citrus and ripe peach top notes, honeyed vanilla, toasted oak and gentle malt sweetness; soft, creamy mouthfeel and a clean, slightly zesty finish.

Food Pairing
Western: roast pork, grilled salmon, aged cheddar, crème brûlée. Asian: miso-glazed black cod, teriyaki chicken, Cantonese BBQ pork (char siu), sushi with fatty fish.

Production Method
Pot-distilled from 100% malted barley in tall stills; matured ~10 years in first- and second-fill American white oak (ex-bourbon) casks.
