Tasting Note
Lusciously honeyed and citrusy with orange peel, lemon meringue, white chocolate, toasted almonds, dried apricot and warm spice; silky, syrupy texture with a gently spiced, medium-long finish.

Western: crème brûlée, lemon tart, honeyed desserts, foie gras, blue cheese, roast pork. Asian: mango sticky rice, miso‑glazed salmon, Peking duck, sesame prawns, spiced curries.
Production Method
Single malt distilled in tall pot stills, matured in ex-bourbon casks then finished (extra-matured) in hand-selected Sauternes wine barriques; bottled at 46% ABV, typically non–chill-filtered; currently NAS (formerly 12YO).
