Tasting Note
Silky, honeyed citrus and crème brûlée on the nose; palate of dried figs, dates, toasted hazelnut, vanilla and gentle oak spice; long, nutty Oloroso‑tinged finish.

Production Method
Single malt distilled in tall copper pot stills; matured ~15 years in ex‑bourbon American oak, ~30% finished in Spanish Oloroso sherry casks for final 3 years, then blended and bottled at 43% ABV.
