Tasting Note
Deep amber; nose of chocolate ganache, plum jam, manuka honey, lemon zest, toasted cinnamon and orange blossom. Palate of sweet fig, blood orange, warming ginger, toasted oak and charred pineapple; long, sweet, gently spicy finish.

Production Method
Double copper pot still distillation from 100% malted barley; matured ~25 years in oak, finished in first-fill Pedro Ximénez (PX) sherry and Tronçais oak Cognac casks; bottled at 43% ABV.
