Tasting Note

Rich, elegant and layered: sweet dried fruit, orange peel, dark chocolate, toffee and vanilla with warm cinnamon spice and a long, warming oak finish.

Production Method

Distilled from malted barley in pot stills; matured 18 years in first- and second-fill American oak and ex-sherry (European oak) casks, then blended and bottled (chill-filtered, natural colouring may vary).
