Tasting Note
Orchard fruit, vanilla and honey with butterscotch, cinnamon spice and warm Limousin oak; medium-bodied, gently drying with a minty, slightly tannic finish.

Food Pairing
Western: roast lamb, grilled pork, aged cheddar, hard cheeses, dark chocolate. Asian: char siu, miso‑glazed cod, yakitori, spicy Thai beef salad, Korean BBQ (galbi).

Production Method
Distilled from malted barley; aged 15 years in ex‑bourbon barrels with finishing maturation in new French Limousin oak; chill‑filtered and lightly coloured.
