Tasting Note
Light, classic Speyside: pear, green apple, citrus, honey and vanilla with floral cereal notes, gentle oak spice and a clean, medium-length finish.
Food Pairing
Western: roast pork, grilled salmon, chicken with herb butter, blue cheese, dark chocolate. Asian: Peking duck, teriyaki or yakitori chicken, Korean BBQ (bulgogi), miso-glazed cod.
Production Method
Distilled from 100% malted barley in copper pot stills; matured a minimum 12 years in American and European oak (bourbon and sherry/first-fill) casks; typically chill-filtered and lightly coloured.
