Tasting Note
Rich, silky and sweet: maple syrup, caramelised ginger, biscuity cheesecake, ripe orchard fruit, vanilla and toasted oak, finishing long and smooth with gentle spice and dark chocolate echoes.

Food Pairing
Western: aged cheddar, roasted pork, glazed duck, smoked salmon, dark chocolate, cheesecake. Asian: char siu (Cantonese BBQ pork), miso-glazed black cod, yakitori, Korean BBQ, spiced ramen.

Production Method
Single malt matured 16 years in new American oak, American oak wine casks and second‑fill ex‑bourbon barrels; married and bottled at 43% ABV.
