Tasting Note
Fresh pear and orchard fruits on the nose; palate brings butterscotch, vanilla, cream, malt and subtle oak spice. Smooth, long and mellow honeyed finish with light citrus notes.

Production Method
Pot-still distilled from 100% malted barley; matured 12 years mainly in ex‑bourbon American oak and European sherry casks; chill-filtered and bottled at 40% ABV.
