Tasting Note
Fresh pear and crisp apple upfront, then rich dried fruits, cinnamon, nutmeg and oak with a touch of baked apple and mellow, spicy finish.

Food Pairing
Western: roasted pork, cured ham, mature cheddar, apple pie. Asian: char siu (Cantonese barbecued pork), Peking duck, teriyaki salmon, grilled yakitori skewers.

Production Method
Distilled from 100% malted barley in copper pot stills; matured 12 years in American and European oak, finished in Amontillado (sherry) casks.
