Tasting Note
Deep, sherry-driven malt: black plum, blackberry, candied orange, dark chocolate, molasses, toasted oak and warm spice. Velvety texture with rich fruit and a long, chocolatey finish.

Food Pairing
Western: dark chocolate, blue cheese, roast lamb, duck confit, sticky toffee pudding. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, miso-glazed salmon, hoisin beef, spiced mooncake or nutty desserts.

Production Method
Single malt distilled at GlenDronach, matured minimum 21 years in Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks; non-chill filtered, natural colour; bottled at 48% ABV.
