Tasting Note
Fresh pear, nashi and white-fleshed stonefruit with honeysuckle, gentle spice and lees-derived texture. Juicy, medium-bodied with bright acidity and a clean citrus-tinged finish.

Food Pairing
Western: roast pork, grilled prawns, creamy poultry dishes, buttery seafood, soft cheeses. Asian: sushi and sashimi, tempura, Vietnamese spring rolls, mild Thai curries, Korean BBQ (pork), light Chinese stir-fries.

Production Method
Estate-grown Pinot Gris; hand-harvested and fermented primarily in stainless steel with lees contact for texture and a small proportion kept on neutral oak for weight before bottling.
