Seared rib‑eye, slow‑cooked lamb shanks, grilled steak, aged cheeses; Korean BBQ (bulgogi), Chinese char siu, Sichuan spicy beef, teriyaki beef, miso‑glazed eggplant, mushroom stir‑fries.

Destemmed grapes fermented warm then matured ~20 months in a mix of French and American oak barrels; Shiraz and Cabernet blended before bottling.
