Tasting Note
Deep crimson Shiraz with concentrated blackberry, blood plum and blueberry, violet florals, dark chocolate and spice (clove, cinnamon). Palate is rich and layered with velvety tannins and a long, savory finish.

Production Method
Small-batch open-top fermentations with hand plunging and basket pressing; matured ~18 months in French oak hogsheads and puncheons (new and seasoned).
