Perfumed red cherry and raspberry with blackberry, violet and sweet spice notes; medium-weight, silky tannins, chalky minerality and a long, elegant spicy finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested; full destemming, cold maceration followed by gentle fermentation; aged 12–18 months in French oak (c.30–50% new); minimal-intervention élevage.
