Tasting Note

Fresh red cherry and wild raspberry with subtle baking spice, earth and mineral notes and floral undertones; juicy and silky with moderate acidity and gentle tannins.

Production Method

Hand-harvested Pinot Noir; ~25% whole clusters, cold maceration, fermentation in concrete vats, aged in French oak with limited new oak to preserve fruit.
